It is also known that dragonex is trying to keep the secret of their commercial servers. This protects not only digital interventions, but also the risk of personal injury.

Cons

For some unknown reason I was locked out of my dragonex account. My authenticator recovery key is invalid and I have no way to access or recover access without the company manually reciting the 2FA. Seems simple right! Wrong, 1. There is no customer service number. They only communicate via email, which is extremely delayed. 2. In order to reset the 2FA they ask for information which might take too long to verify
