The exchange never came up
One can't say for sure if this exchange provided any of the services it claimed it was ready to provide. The exchange which was supposed to be launched seemed to never come out of incubation. So this sets the exchange out of the way of me labelling it as a scam. Sensing through the needs for an exchange, a decentralised one in fact, that will offer the same services a centralised one would have was the main goal and purpose to why Fmall exchange was set in the works but they just couldn't realize the goal.
In reality, searching out the works this platform intended to provide, it was not looking feasible in any way and I guess they couldn't find a way around and decided to let go. Providing a range of decentralised exchange services that encompasses different blockchain without wrapping and unwrapping seems a goal to far fetched and made this DEX unfeasible for launch
A possibility that the exchange will come online? That I can't say for sure due to the number of competition it already has and might as well, so prove futile.
