PlayMonster Fuzzikins Dozy Dogs Craft & Playset, Pink/Blue/Yellow Review

This kit was used and enjoyed by three children, ages 4, 5, and 6. When the kit was opened we discovered that the dogs were small, medium and large. Luckily for all, they each wanted a different one and there was no melt down over not getting the "size" they wanted. My five year old daughter has a few sets of these including the bunnies and kittens but the puppies are her favorite! She loves coloring them but honestly, I think she likes bathing them and tucking them into bed even more. The little dogs feel fuzzy and the marker goes on well. They are pretty easy to wash with just a little soap and water. I would suggest you let them dry completely before trying to color them again and also wait for one color to dry before using another. These were a lot of fun. The fuzzikins dogs have a soft fuzz and the heads turn. My daughters really loved them. They come with the makings sleeping bag style beds and little eye covers. It had 3 small markers in black, pink, and brown. My big concern was whether this was a one and done type of activity or whether it could be reused as advertised. Wow, these are a cute concept to decorate your animal over and over again. It’s slightly fuzzy, they color easy and washes off easy with a little water and rubbing with your fingers. You decorate the beds with the felt stickers. My 7yr old daughter colored these and then washed them off and they looked new again. I think the downside is the markers. They really need to provide more colors and it’s hard finding a spot to store these so we don’t loose these markers because they do work the best…

This is a cute item that gives you a few pure white puppies and some markers so the kids can color in their own pets. You can wash them out and re-color them if you want and ours did wash clean but they weren't bright white anymore they turned a dingy white. You don't get many color options but it makes the kids happy and that's what counts. My main compliant is that the pups are really small, for the price I'd like to see bigger pups and more colors but the set is everything it claims to be. 4

Just didn’t live up to the standards of being a brain challenge for the puppy. Even hiding treats within. Chipmunks torn out with 2 minutes, with a passive dog, and is not presenting any type of mental engagement opportunities- even with well hidden treats.

This is a cute toy but I bought 6 of the my an activity for my daughter’s dog themed 9th birthday party and 4 out of 6 boxes were missing the black marker! The markers we did have dried out quickly. You definitely cannot wash off the toy and reuse the markers to decorate. Very disappointing for a $15 toy.

My kids loved these ages 3-7. The fact that they could draw legally on something other than paper was a fun concept for them. They were able to use their imagination and make whatever design they wanted for the dogs. This is a very easy, very fun craft for the kids! My four year old really enjoyed decorating her puppies! This is a very giftable item, birthday, Christmas, you name it! This craft doesn’t make too much of a mess and requires little instructions.

Not only do you get to decorate the dogs, but there are very cute accessories to go with the dogs as well. My daughter loved the set and still plays with it. Her creations are so cute and really play into the "customization" trend she always wants to participate in.

The concept of this was cool. The pups can be rinsed off and recolored once they are dry. The pup masks were reminiscent of a superhero and my kids enjoyed them!

My 4yo enjoyed decorating and making their little beds. Cute concept and she followed directions very well while waiting in between coloring to let dry. Easy enough for her to do without my assistance and she had a blast playing with the dogs afterwards. Would be a fun gift or great for your child.

These are so cute! We've played with the kitties and to have the puppies now is a big treat! The best part about these is that the marker washes away so you can redecorate them over and over again. They are lots of fun. It's a really cute gift or just a fun thing for siblings or best friends to do.
