I lost access to my 2FA on my new phone, so I asked Gateio to disable the 2FA on my account so I could regain access to my account and reset my 2FA. My request was submitted on April 28th, 2021 and I have yet had them do anything and today is June 24th. Customer service is beyond terrible. They are non-existent. If they contact you they will string you along requesting the same information over and over and then nothing happens. I have seen other reviews where people have had the same problem, so I am not the only consumer having this issue. I have also read several other reviews where consumers cannot withdrawal their crypto. I haven't had this issue yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. There are enough reputable exchanges out there that offer a large variety of coins, so there is no need to for you to expose yourself to Gateio.
