I lost access to my 2FA on my new phone, so I asked Gateio to disable the 2FA on my account so I could regain access to my account and reset my 2FA. My request was submitted on April 28th, 2021 and I have yet had them do anything and today is June 24th. Customer service is beyond terrible. They are non-existent. If they contact you they will string you along requesting the same information over and over and then nothing happens. I have seen other reviews where people have had the same problSee full review
