Some cryptocurrencies not charging to balance, then confirmations count will reached. This count stops refreshing in deposits list, and you need to write ticket to proceed it. Sometimes ticket doesn't help.. Every charge in some currencies contains risk of charging or not, it's very bad. Other expirience is normal, good exchange rate, low spread. Support doesn't pay attantion to tickets details and answering automatically, that make harder to solving any problem, or even not solving it. The problem with charging i have about 3 month, and many tickets don't prevent from repeating this problem.
