I wish these were holding up the way they did in the past. I would love to talk to a rep from the company and see how I get one to last like they have for years! I love these normally! I have used this product and recommend them to everyone with muscle issues. Unfortunately I cannot get one to hold up and not spring a leak within months!

Recently diagnosed with sciatica, i had been suffering from debilitating leg pain. Saw this on Best Buy and ordered it. What a blessing! Very easy to heat up, and it really helps. Doesn't fix the problem, but offers true relief. The heat lasts about 30 minutes, and the muscles involved relax and the pain significantly reduces. I recommend this heating pad highly.

I bought this as a replacement for my old one that sadly melted through when I overheated it. 2 minutes is enough to heat it up the first time, but be careful reheating as it could melt through if you overdo it. The instructions on the box are pretty conservative so if you follow those you will be fine.

I had ordered days prior to my son departure and received it 4 days late. He was not able to use it because it came on the day he left. It looks like it’s easy to use and I like that it’s filled with beads instead of gel but I’m not sure if both feet will fit at the same in the slot as picture shows but it’s a good size

This is a wonderfully useful item. I know I need to apply heat before stretching my shoulder injury but the cords and switches on my electric heating pad just made it impossible. Enter the microwave heating pack. I tried it and it's wonderful. I know it can be used as an ice pack, too but I haven't used it for that yet. But it made my shoulder feel better. Highly recommend.

This is the only solution to my nightly knee pain. Microwave for 90 SECONDS and apply. It sometimes takes a few cycles but always works. Orthopedics should recommend this to everyone. -It is the only solution I have found after searching for years.

I was looking for moist heat for my knee without the hassle of adding water. This had so many 4-5 star reviews I decided to give it a try. Well, the "moistness" lasts a minute, and then it's just a regular old heating pad, and no way does the heat last hours, either; maybe 20 minutes, like every other pad on the market. A nice size and shape, but not the pad I was looking for, and unfortunately, it's not returnable.

This heating pad is so convenient. I use it for everything from warming my bed, going out to my car in the cold, to sore muscles and backaches. I love it.

I was using a homemade microwaveable heat pad (with rice and a sock) at first. This would get very hot and helped to relieve my pain. The only downside is that the rice would eventually start to burn after several uses which created a stench and holes in the sock. With that I decided to purchase a REAL heating pad. I've purchased 3 of these, I put them in the microwave for about 2 minutes and they stay hot for about 15 to 20 minutes. Conform easily to the area, I use it on my shoulder and neck. The moistness is a bonus for me

Disappointed. Does what it says it does, get hot as expected but does not stay hot or even warm for more than a few minutes at best.

i purchased two of the Thermalon heat pads, different sizes and shapes. The wrap with ties can be used for your hip or shoulder and the flat, rectangle shape can be used for your back. You only need to warm them in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and you can use it for 30 minutes. Company recommends using the pad 30 minutes at a time. This product does a great job for pain relief. I mostly use it on my neck and shoulder. After 2 minutes in the microwave it lasts for 30 minutes to an hour of consistent heat. I will say you have to move the beads around and it can be awkward to use with it's narrow shape.

Was looking for a moist heating pad and this is so easy to use. One and a half minutes in the microwave and it lasts a good 30 minutes of warmth. It’s sturdy and well sewn. There is a pocket for your hands or feet if you wish. My only complaint is it is stuffed fairly full so it can’t be folded or bent around any joints easily. It’s basically for backs necks shoulders and in tops of a knee. It would not wrap around a wrist or an ankle.

Bought this for my dad to use on his arthritic knees and back. It's easy to throw in the microwave and heat up. It takes a couple of minutes, turning it in between, to really get it nice and warm but once it is, it provides great comfort. My Dad says it really helps with his pain and as an added bonus, it warms him up on chilly days. What a great pain reliever! Heat it up in the microwave (no more then 1 1/2 minutes) and the beads heat up uniformally and perfectly. The size is great for my hand and wrist going slightly up my arm. The heat is MOIST!

It does not stay hot as long as a thera bead pad but it is very flexible. Still does a good job. The flexibility of it will be very advantageous to where you use it. I like something a little stiffer to stay on my back, but you could wrap your arm or leg in this very easily

I use this product multiple times each day because it helps with my knee pain. I love that it is weighted because it helps to secure the pad in place. I will buy another one!
