What a great pain reliever!

What a great pain reliever! Heat it up in the microwave (no more then 1 1/2 minutes) and the beads heat up uniformally and perfectly. The size is great for my hand and wrist going slightly up my arm. The heat is MOIST!

I have a large 1200w microwave and it fit fine. I heated it for 1.5 minutes because I wanted it very warm.
