I got this product for help with pain in my knee, after having 5 surgeries I wanted something for helping. I found this unit to have versatility for use for any aches and pains we have. So easy to use, can read all the settings easily and like the whole packaging.

I've had this unit for 2+ months and use it daily. having owned and used a different TENS only device for years (the older device used a 9 volt battery and would drain the batteries pretty fast!) the unit failed and I purchased the MEGAWISE.I discovered yesterday that the 4 pad connector cable was not working, contacted MEGAWISE via their website customer support chat and they replaced the entire unit not just the cable.Great product, really great customer support!

I like how simple it is to use. Product came with some charge so was able to trial it right away and found it tiny but mighty. Boy, howdy! Works great with lots of options. I’ve used one set of pads three times as directed and already losing stickiness but would rather that than have them too sticky on sensitive skin. Overall pleased with my purchase.

I suffer from chronic pain due to car accidents. My both shoulders and neck stiffness not to mention getting older the aches and pain that comes with that. Megawise is easy to use and the adhesion stick to the skin with no problem at all. They are very sticky. If you deal with chronic pain like I do this will definitely help you manage your pain! Definitely recommend this Megawise Tens Massager!

I am recovering from a painful torn rotator cuff. At the suggestion of my doctor they recommended a tens unit to help with the pain. I bought a TEN massager a few years ago and loved the concept but this one has many more programs, the buttons are much more responsive and the unit more powerful, from a much lower intensity for sensitive areas to a much higher intensity for muscles who need more work.It's only been a couple of days since I received it but I am very happy with this unit. The pads have good adhesion as well.

This is the best tens unit I have had. The only problem I've had is some of the pads that originally came with it fall off after awhile.

I really like this product. The price was good and the intensity was great. I had a problem with it after a while and they quickly replaced it with no problem. The key is to keep the pads clean!

I have had a chance to use the Megawise EMS TENS unit. I found it very easy to use. It has greatly helped with the pain in my knee. I explain how the use it and how the buttons work in the video. I always have shoulder pain and this Megawise portable massager is really helpful for me. Easy to use. You can even use while you are doing your other household stuffs. Instruction is very clear. The sticky pads comes in different sizes and shape and it also comes with the instructions of where to place on the different areas of the bodies. And you can use 4 pads at a time. Very powerful for such a small machine.

I like the size and feel of the unit. The screen is easy to read and the buttons are intelligently arranged. The manual is straight forward and understandable. My muscles respond easily to the electrodes and feel at ease after a session.
