I've been using a cheap plastic toilet seat made in China for a few years. I wish I had received it sooner. It's way better than a cheap plastic seat. I will order one for my half bathroom next time.

I had to return it because it was late for my guests but it looked very well made. It turned out to be a perfect fit. One thing I would really like is the black or natural hardware on such a nice aged seat. Shiny chrome doesn't seem to go well with the nice rustic style. When they start offering more visually cohesive hardware I'll happily buy them for our other bathroom.

Hi I love the look of this toilet seat and lid but it doesn't help. One of the parts - a long screw attaching the seat to the toilet - came loose immediately, rendering everything unusable. What metal are these screws made of? Or a mistake in their manufacture? I am so disappointed. I need to buy another toilet seat from another company. I am angry! Many Thanks.

product exactly as described. Very hard work. No design flaws. Ease of installation. I also have a bidet that works well with it. Since the bidet mounts under the toilet seat, I just had to purchase thicker seat pads to sit underneath near the front of the seat to allow the whole assembly to sit more evenly. I love the look and it's the slow close that I always appreciate! Can't stand places falling down.

I ordered this and although the box was undamaged the wood in the box was cracked where the screws attached the bottom cover. It was beyond repair and was also missing the screw and bolt to attach the base/lid to the tank. The wood itself wasn't treated to be smooth and where it broke and splintered it was clearly a pressed board that didn't hold the screws well so it snapped simply from shifting weight in the undamaged box. The seat itself is just GREAT! Looks good and is well made. The HARDWARE to attach it is cheap and broke immediately after use. SERIOUSLY! The device broke within 24 hours of use.
