I've had this unit for 2+ months and use it daily.
having owned and used a different TENS only device for years (the older device used a 9 volt battery and would drain the batteries pretty fast!) the unit failed and I purchased the MEGAWISE.I discovered yesterday that the 4 pad connector cable was not working, contacted MEGAWISE via their website customer support chat and they replaced the entire unit not just the cable.Great product, really great customer support!
