I am 43 and have Osteoarthritis in both knees. I was using a $30 IcyHot unit, which helped. This TENS unit is way better, and costs less! There are 6 main modes, and each has 4 variations, and 20 levels of intensity. It has two channels that can be set and operated independently (ex. Channel A, Mode 1, Variation 2, Intensity 10 & Channel B, Mode 6, Variation 4, Intensity 15). The unit arrived with a partial charge and I was able to use it immediately! This unit has expedited my road to recovery

What a powerful little machine! I have scoliosis and have waitressed for 14 years, so muscle pain is an all too familIar feeling. I love to use the larger pads on my shoulders with the massage setting to alleviate tense muscles. I also get those pesky calf cramps at night and this machine has worked wonders to ease the pain the next day so I’m not sore. The battery seems to last me quite a few sessions which is great! I have had Tens machines in the past and this is by far my favorite! Multiple

Small but mighty! Very simple to use and packs a real punch with pain! Comes with a really nice case to keep your cords and pads in and also included a travel case. This unit is very small and compact but very powerful. I received it in less than 24 hours and used it last night for the first time. It was pretty easy to cycle through the options and set a timer. When the timer was done it shut itself down, it is very easy to use. It provided good pain relief for the sciatica that I've been experiencing lately.

I bought this for my husband for his back pains. We as a family have all used it. It's helped with my neck pains and my sons neck pains. It really works and amazing me the power it has to give me relief in my neck.

I could not understand the directions the unit came with. I contacted the company and they gave me clear instructions. They helped! This feels a lot like the one at the chiropractor's office. Here are the instructions.1 Connect the electrode pads to the lead wire(s).2 Attach a pair of pads to the treatment area(make sure your skin is free from dirt,oil or lotion).3 Plug the lead wires into the ports and turn the unit on.4 Press the center button to choose A/B channel.5 Long press "M" to choose…

I like the unit, thus far. I have found the instructions for use in the manual to be less than perfect. Am still trying to get the hang of the various settings and actually using it. Once I got it to work, it delivers a nice, strong pulse. The only complaint is the manual/instructions. I'd probably purchase again or recommend it.

I really like that this tens unit is small enough to fit in my pocket. I can even use it while I'm working and no one would even know.

There is a little learning curve with this device. With that said, I did figure it out in about 5 min and used it straight out if the package. I did charge it before using it a second time. I used 2 of the pads the first time and I used 4 pads the second time. I used a setting of 3 which gave a nice pulse and felt fine. I look forward to using it more.
