We suffer from mild eczema and the regular "gentle" or "no tears" shampoos don't really help much with the irritation even though they are the most gentle soaps I can find.I have been looking for a shampoo and body wash that doesn't have harsh fragrance and can soothe some of the dryness/irritation. My kids are a bit older, but this is exactly what they needed. Who cares if it says "baby"? I struggle with finding the right products that won't exacerbate their symptoms. So far so good!

This is by far my favorite shampoo/body wash for my baby. All the other brands I have used would irritate her skin, but this one has a good lather, leaves her nice and clean, and has never left her red. I will note it is not exactly 'tear-free' but any decently made wash that isn't extremely altered won't be *tested by me, crazy mom, who opened my eyes in its suds* but has never bothered my daughter when its gotten in her eyes

We use a lot of Babo Botanicals products and love them all but I wanted to specifically talk about this one (Moisturizing Shampoo and Wash). My son has had bad eczema since he was a newborn. In the winter we use the Moisturizing Baby Shampoo and Wash with plus other things like YL essential oils to help keep his flare ups minimal but in the summer, the Wash alone will help minimize flares to zero. I am pretty sure this is the best wash I've used for my baby to-date. It doesn't dry his skin so it's perfect for bedtime routine. My bubs skin was instantly more moisturized and soft after first use. I love the way this soap feels and how easily it matters without an overwhelming scent. It just does what it's supposed to and more!

It has a good rating on SkinDeep and I like the scent. It is recommended for babies so I decided to try it as I had bought some for my granddaughter. It checks all the boxes of what I like in a body wash. It is not drying and has ingredients known be soothing to the skin and hydrating not drying.

I like using this gentle soap for my shampoo and bathing.The manufacturer did not consider how this very thick soap would be dispersed or I simply got a particularly thick batch (where are the product standards?). The soap I received was both thick and gooey, the pump has a narrow tube--the combination does not work. I had to move some of the soap to another pump container and add sterile water to thin it for use.

Absolutely love this product for my little one who has sensitive skin. It smells so clean and he was not irritated from it at all. I have now bought it several times because I refuse to use anything else!

Love all Babo products! The smell of their Shampoo and Washes, and lotion are heavenly! The lotion is thick and not sticky or greasy, and I feel good knowing the ingredients are natural and won’t harm my babies! All my kids have sensitive skin and do well with Babo products!

I wanted to like this more. I thought it cleaned well and seems to have moisturized my baby's skin so no complaints there, my only issue is the scent. I was hoping it would just be sort of a warm vanilla and oat scent but honestly it smells like vanilla patchouli which is a scent I am super sensitive to and cannot stand. Upon opening, first impression was oh gosh the smell is quite strong. Then, started using it, and after every bath, all I wanted to do was sniff my kids. This company should not be trusted with baby’s skin. Babo has no customer service, they do not respond to emails, they offer no phone number, if you did deeper on their website you’ll find a major lack of transparency. It is false advertising, which is not a good look for a supposedly natural brand.

I have been using this product for the past 4 yrs for my 4 yr old and 9 month old. It's really gentle on their skin and doesnt leave a residue on their bodies or mine. My girls and I use only unscented products and this is a staple in our home. I use a loofah sponge and it lathers up really well.I love that it also works as moisturizer. The smell isn't strong at all. It's a faint scent that quickly goes away. Also, a little goes a long way. I dilute it and put the mixture in a foam pump bottle.

When we got this baby wash recently, it didn’t look the same as the bottle we had a couple years ago. I contacted the company and they responded in a timely manner that they had since altered the formula to be even more natural, the orangey color is from annato oil.Baby’s sensitive areas are clearing up better with this wash than the Honest brand we were using. It smells light and pleasant and baby’s skin is less dry that with the other wash.

I love the way this smells. I don't understand the complaints on that. If you are used to buying natural products, the smell shouldn't bother you.
