I needed some kind of case to keep a medication cold during a recent trip and this worked perfectly for me. It is not a large case so check the size for your medication but the ice packs stayed cold for much longer than I thought they might. I froze them for several days ahead and also refrigerated the case as well and 8 hours later while not frozen the packs were still cold. Also had no issue going through airport security.

My husband loves this case. This is his 2nd one. We got one last year and he loves the insert that's removable, because he can remove it and store his insulin pens in it and slide it in his pocket to take in the restaurant's. He has to use his pen's before dinner. So we brought another due to with wear and tear things get worn out. He loves his .also gel package are a plus for travel.

I purchased this as my husband and I travel frequently. This is roomy enough to contain my husbands' insulin and keep it cold for many hours at a time. With reusable ice packs, it is economical and eco-friendly. Prior to this, I would buy disposable ice packs for travel and this kit has replaced the need for them. Not a diabetic but I had a temporary medication I was taking requiring refrigeration and had a cross-Country trip so picked this up a few days before I had to leave. Kept what I needed it to cold for at least 10 hours and probably could have lasted longer if I had needed it to. Much smaller and more convenient than a insulated lunch box I had originally planned to use.

I was looking for a insulated travel case, and this product fits my requirements. I removed the included folded case, as I do not needed it to carry insulin needles and stuff, so the space available increased a lot.It looks sturdy enough, let's hope it will last for several trips.

I’m a type 1 diabetic for the past 11 years, and I’ve always wanted something I could use when I’m running errands all day! Living in Nevada, the weather is always hot in your car, so I’d be too nervous to leave my insulin in the car. However this product REALLY does keep your insulin cool for a very long time! Honestly I am so happy and pleased! I would truthfully recommend to anyone looking to keep your insulin cool for a very very long car ride or trip!

Use this when I have to be away from home but if I travel far, I may have to look for small cooler to take with, five to six hours is max in the heat.

The product is well put together and keeps the insulin chilled for most of the day. As it is not very big and the cooling inserts are not very big, it doesn’t last for very many hours in hot conditions, but then it is nice that it is compact enough to stick in a bag. Nice product. I was able to get my supplies in the bag and it was easy to pack for the airplane. The main issue was the frozen gel packs only stayed frozen for about 3 hours. With the 2 pack, my insulin was still cool by the time I made it to the hotel fridge; however, I would have liked for them to have lasted a bit longer. Other than that, it is a nice product and well made. I'm looking for some better ice packs to make it for longer trips.

This bag works perfect for my medication. It has to be kept cool and I can take it with me everywhere I go. Unfortunately it wasn't tall enough to fit both ice packs in along with my medicine but using one ice pack still helps.

This was a new purchase for me. I never needed anything like this before so did not know what to expect so I went off of the reviews. I found it to be a good buy. It worked nicely stayed cold for the full 8 hours and refroze overnight in the hotel mini bar fridge. It is small and compact and no one can tell from the outside what it's purpose is.

My mom went on a long oversea trip and this thing was holding great. She had her insulin pens (3 I think) with her and it was still cold when she arrived at her destination after 24 hrs. I would recommend it for people who are insulin dependant.

i used the insulated bag for a trip to Europe. It probably would have kept my medication cold for the 8 hour flight, but by the time I added in getting to the airport two hours early, picking up a rental car and getting to my final destination, my total travel time was more like 14 hours. It did not remain cold for that length of time. I will try it again, but will probably put it inside another insulated bag with an additional gel pack.
