The product is well put together and keeps the insulin chilled for most of the day. As it is not very big and the cooling inserts are not very big, it doesn’t last for very many hours in hot conditions, but then it is nice that it is compact enough to stick in a bag. I only gave it a four star rating because I think there is room to fine-tune the design to make it even more compact and probably last longer, but if you are looking a solution to keep your insulin cold to spend all afternoon on the soccer fields or all day walking around a theme park, then this works.
