4 hour tattooing coloring session (including rib area), this stuff is AMAZING! I felt nothing except the buzzing of the tattoo gun…I applied the cream approx 45 min-1 hour before my tattoo session covered with plastic. On a side note, this was my 2nd tattoo session, I didn’t use any numbing for my 1st outlining session and felt EVERYTHING! I still have at least 1 more 4-hour coloring session to go (my tattoo is huge)…I will definitely make sure I have this stuff on hand before my 3rd session.

All of these brands if lido are expensive for what you get. But this brand works the best. 5% lido is a huge difference over the store 4%ones. I have post herpetic neuralgia and apply this many times a day. It is thick and works well. I use 3 jars a month. So very pricey for me. But it works and I can’t live without it. Pain is severe 24 hours a day.

Sat for 3-4 hours and didn’t feel much until the very end. Slathered a good layer on in the car about 45 mins before. If I had put it on and let it sit longer I prob wouldn’t have felt anything. Go ahead and buy!

I’m getting my legs and upper lip lasered and it is a painful process, this works good, it helps a lot. Just make sure to use it at least 45 mins before you get zapped for your legs and 20-30 for your face.

Honestly %90 of my tattoo didn’t hurt for most of the time except for the end but it lasted one coat 3 hours i made sure i wrapped it good! & know i was supposed to put a second coat on but i didn’t i was prettt numb already. boy did it last a while. I got a tattoo on my left, inside arm close to the elbow crease and a small lighting bolt on the right inside wrist. I put the cream on an hour before my appointment (after washing hands and arms!) and wrapped my arms in plastic wrap as most have mentioned. When the artist started with the larger tattoo on my left arm the outlining was dulled tremendously and some parts I couldn’t feel. However it didn’t last and I could feel the normal pain once the outline was complete and moved onto shading.

This works for numbing top layer of skin prior to getting tattoo. I have even used it a number of times past the expiration date and it is still effective. I have used it with all of my tattoos. and areas where I didn't use this cream definitely hurt worse. There was no pain in some places. I used on skin at least 1 hour before tattoo session then again 30 min prior to tattoo session. I did not layer on then cover with plastic wrap. I did clean skins area just prior to tattoo session

Tried this on a tattoo and if a product has 5 % Lidocaine it normally works really well . However this product not so much . This was not much of a cream it was more of a gel . I don’t think it Penetrates skin as good as a cream does so the numbing effect is minimal.

This cream is by far the best one yet! I’ve tried many creams even CBD cream and have never received the effects of relief like I have with this one. I have pinched nerves in my L4, L5 and also have constant pain in my sacroiliac joints! I’ve only been using it for a few days and have had instant pain relief every time I use it!

Great help for tattoo after care when it’s healing and it’s super itchy. I used it prior to my tattoos too. Not sure if it helped or not bc I’ve only ever used it but all my tats have never been insanely painful. A little goes a long way too so I will probably have this for a LONG time. Very happy

Worked perfect for the tattoo that I got. My tattoo was about seven and a half hours. I would say that probably until the last two hours. I applied the cream about an hour before I started getting my tattoo. I would say this definitely helped so much. Mind you this was my first tattoo so I had no idea what type of pain I was going to experience. I'm going to be getting more tattoos next month and I will definitely be using this again and probably applying more coats.

Its very light and at first I didn't think it was going to work but when my tattoo started I didn't even realize he started I was numb for the most part but it was like everytime I felt some pain it went away

Put the numbing cream on at 9:30 wrapped my leg up my tattoo app was at 12 but we wiped it off and laid stencil then didn’t get started till 1:30 ish and I was able to get a 5 hr session in prior to it wearing off and I felt nothing! It also helped me have absolutely no swelling at all I highly recommend this numbing cream!
