This product has really helped my son with his heel pain due to being flat footed. Having 2 pair works great since we no longer have to switch between pairs of shoes.

These are the best heel cups I have had for my children. All other heel cups are too low and ineffective. My son went from tiptoeing in pain to pain free 48 hours after he began to wear them.

These insoles totally saved my 9-year-old's feet from plantar fasciitis in his soccer cleats. Noticed a difference in pain relief immediately after use. Definitely recommend for anyone's kiddos playing soccer.

My son had heel pain when playing sports. We put these heel pads in his cleats and he is so much more comfortable. He loves them!They stay in place and give him a soft cushion as well as that little incline. He hasn't complained of any heel problems. We are extremely happy!

I’m on my feet 10 + hours a day. My knees and feet are usually inflamed by the end of the day but these have been a life saver. My heels and knees are much less sore and it really minimizes the impact of walking as I tend to be a heel striker. My daughter uses these in her sneakers and in her dance shoes, they provide a lot of relief and they are not so thick that they make the shoes fit differently.

I'm not sure why others have had problems with these heel cups sliding around in kids' shoes. I put these in my 8 year-old's basketball shoes and soccer cleats and they stayed put. I imagine they would slide around if I were to change them back and forth between shoes, so I bought two more pair for other shoes. They seem to help with the pain my son has been having in his heels.

This product stays in place and I'm sure it would offer quite a bit of cushion and support for children with heel pain but the cups are so thick they aren't compatible with most kids shoes. My son has an average size foot for a 9 year old and he complained that he felt like his foot was being pushed up out of his shoe and it made the lacing feel too tight. Would probably work better for boots and high tops.

My 10 year old started experiencing severe heel pain, every day. An orthopedist recommended heel inserts. I ordered these, and they arrived promptly. They are very well made. Most importantly, my child's pain immediately diminished as she used them, and her pain continues to decrease with consistent use. Highly recommend.

Used these for my 3-year-old son so he could get up to 40 inches, which allowed him to go on a lot more rides at Disneyland. They fit perfect in his shoes and he never complained about having them in there. He was still able to walk, run, and jump with no issues. Customer service was also great. We ordered two pairs but only received one pair. One email later, and the second pair was at our house within days!

These made a huge difference in my child's heel pain, which worsened playing soccer. I thought it was the cleats and replaced those but the heel pain still persisted. I looked into it some more and read about Sever's disease -a common heal issue in growing kids that resolves as they mature. I wish I knew about this sooner. They were great for about a week, then they were worn out, torn up, uncomfortable lumps. Fine if they aren’t for everyday long term usage.

I wear a size 7.5 in women's shoes. I have ordered these in adult sizes, but they always feel to big and are uncomfortable. I ordered the kids size with much hope, but I'm not super happy with them. I can't go any smaller, so I kept them, but they are still kind of uncomfortable. I had a smaller pair I got from a doctor 10 years ago, they are ripping like crazy, but worked like a charm. Just received these and my daughter has been using them in her soccer cleats for about a week. They fit her size 2 shoe fine and seem to help her heel pain some, but too early to tell if it will be a long term solution. The one recommendation i would have is to make the adhesive on the bottom stronger as the current adhesive mainly acts as a slip guard. The insoles can be removed and moved, but seem to stay in place during games and practice.

These are the best heal supports for kids that we have tried so far. They have plenty of support and do not move around in the shoes as the adhesive is strong. Plus you get two pairs of these which for the price was well worth it. We would buy these again.

She had difficulty when playing soccer (common for kids this age), and this relieved the pain right away. Nice that it comes with two, so she has one pair in her regular shoes and the other in her cleats.

My son has severe disease, so he's been complaining about his heels hurting on gym day at school. They were running a mile, so he was really feeling it. We ended up ordering these and so far, he's been pain free. I just wish there was better adhesion. He's 9, so he doesn't exactly pay attention to where and when they fall out of his shoes

These work but are a little large. My daughter wears a sz 3 in girls and they're almost to big for her shoes but great in a sz 5 in women's.
