Good solution and works as advertized
Just received these and my daughter has been using them in her soccer cleats for about a week. They fit her size 2 shoe fine and seem to help her heel pain some, but too early to tell if it will be a long term solution. The one recommendation i would have is to make the adhesive on the bottom stronger as the current adhesive mainly acts as a slip guard. The insoles can be removed and moved, but seem to stay in place during games and practice.
