My only dislike of this is that it doesn't stay cold long enough but I can't fault that on the product too much when basically all ice packs don't stay cold long enough. But This is the ice pack I reach for in the freezer. I love that I can still try and be a little active and wear the ice pack at the same time. Or if I want to go to sleep, I don't have to be stuck on one side of the ice pack to get the side of the head I need. Bonus for blocking out the light! Extra extra bonus - it applies…

This fits well, comfortable and does cover the head. The only drawback is it doesn't stay cold long at all Thanks for attention.

I had my doubts on this but it works great. Headache and migraine is manageable if not eliminated completely. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes this would work but unless you have a small head all you can do is just lay it over your face. That's my feedback.

Good product overall, but I purchased another one that cooled around the whole head…. Bought this one on sale as a backup and it only cools at the front, sides a bit…. So if your migraines are like mine and wrap the whole head, you’re out of luck on the back of the head with this product.

Package was beautiful and it even came with a resealable storage bag to help keep away refrigerator smell. That's a major plus!

It gets cold fast, and if you aren’t very sensitive it might work ok. But I can’t get it comfortably in the areas I need it for relief due to stiffness. I’ll just hold onto it as an ice pack for injuries. The Velcro works well, the inside is soft fabric… maybe it should be marketed for leg/ankle/wrist injuries?

I bought one for my sister, who has terrible headaches. She says it dulls the headache enough for her to function. I then bought one for my step-daughter, she says if she uses it when her headacbhhe first starts, it gets rid of the headache completely. I bought one for myself IT WORKS. I also have a headache cap, it did nothing for my headaches, but the wrap works wonders. Give it a try.

This product has a great concept. It's nice that it's adjustable and it gets and stays VERY cold. It's pretty hard and uncomfortable when completely frozen, so you'll need to let it sit out for awhile to be able to form it to your head.I bought this back in July and I'm disappointed it's somehow sprung a leak of some sort and of course it's on the inside right near the eye, so I'll need to toss it. I haven't used it more than maybe 10x? I ordered another one, hoping it lasts longer.

I ordered this for my boyfriend , who suffers from severe migraines. We have order several that didn't work well, but he said this one is perfect. Not overly stiff when frozen, you can loosen it up a bit when you take it out of the freezer. Covers a good deal of forehead and blocks light.

I like the size of this wrap. It helped ease the pain from a severe sinus infection. I also use it on my lower back since it's the perfect size for that area. I do recommend this product.

I bought this over a year ago and have used it quite a few times since purchasing. The material on the inside is soft, the touch tape is strong and I love that I don't have to take down or move my ponytail to wear it. I find as it defrosts, you have to adjust the touch tape tighter but that's expected. I have not used it heated, I get migraines and I also get overheated easily due to a medication I'm on so the cold is where its at for me. The ice pack does not stay soft and pliable when frozen,

This is the first step to migraine relief. Not only does it provide the relief I’m looking for, but I don’t have to hold it in place. I can fall asleep with it on, and it stays on my head. It has the added benefit of blocking out lighting.

I bought this item mainly for when I have migraines, but my husband has a deviated septum and therefore his fair share of sinus problems. This item has been PERFECT for both. I didn't even know you could also heat it up when I purchased it, I just expected the ice pack. Love it!

I really like the mask. I like the way it fits. The adjustable pressure you get just by letting out on the velcro fastener. My only wish is that it stayed cool longer then a half hour.

My husband and I both suffer from migraines these definitely help take the edge off. Can work if your just prone to overheating as well! I do wish the cool lasted a little longer though.

This product is so great. The weight of it and the way you can tighten it around your head according to what you need is awesome. I’m so happy I bought this for my migraines, it very much helps.I store mine in the freezer so I LOVE that it comes with a food grade storage bag to keep the freezer smells from getting to it. I’m really glad I bought this.

The quality of this product is good but it really doesn’t seem to stay cold for very long. I will say that I got this for my father in assisted living and he hAs a very small freezer so it may get colder in a full sized freezer.

The first time I used it, I realized it's way too hard to use on the eyes. It's very stiff and you can wait until it thaws some but when I want to use this I don't feel like taking it out for 10-15 mins to wait until I can conform it comfortably around my eyes and forehead to benefit from the ice pack.The third time I used it, I noticed ice accumulating on the outside of the mask. I keep it folded up in the bag it comes with to freeze it so the part that hits my face and forehead is folded away

As a chronic migraine sufferer I had high hopes for this item. An ice pack with compression that also work as an eye mask sounded amazing! Unfortunately I was left pretty disappointed. The ice pack only stays cold for maybe 10 min or less. It’s also not comfortable to lay down in when you have it wrapped around your head.
