Great product for my opinion

This product is so great. The weight of it and the way you can tighten it around your head according to what you need is awesome. I’m so happy I bought this for my migraines, it very much helps.I store mine in the freezer so I LOVE that it comes with a food grade storage bag to keep the freezer smells from getting to it. I’m really glad I bought this.

Pros

I just put in the freezer and it’s ready when I need it.

Cons

May not stay in place during movement or sleep

Fits pretty well... eases the migraine pain... doesn''t last as long as I would like, but it does help! I love that it blocks out the light and covers my ears too to muffle sound... if you get headaches or migraines, definitely get this... you''ll be glad you did!Also cools my head when I''ve been in the heat too long....
