Great for migraines
I ordered this for my boyfriend , who suffers from severe migraines. We have order several that didn't work well, but he said this one is perfect. Not overly stiff when frozen, you can loosen it up a bit when you take it out of the freezer. Covers a good deal of forehead and blocks light.

- I could have just used a ice pack. Doesn't stay on very well.
