This is one of the only things that helps my head pain go down. Have used regular ice packs and this is so much better. You can strap it on tight for a good amount of pressure against the eyes for relief. The ice pack stays cool for a decent amount of time, about 30 minutes or so. If I have a headache at night I like to fall asleep with this on.

I've only used it once, but I really like it already. I'll update if anything changes, but it really helped my migraine :)

I never had anything like this all my years of having really bad migraines. Wish I had. Get two. One to keep in the freezer while you're using the other!

Wish it'd stay colder longer. Maybe the material is so thick & that's why. Wish the material was a little softer but overall it works pretty good.

My coworker suggested ice packs for migraines. She said it provided relief for her. I was skeptical but thought I’d give it a try because why not? Well it works. And this thing is awesome because I can put it over my eyes or- what works even better for me- is to put it on my neck and fasten it around my forehead. I was struggling with a really really bad migraine today and within 5 minutes of icing it I was feeling much better. Highly recommend!

This has proven to be a great tool in fighting my migraines as it provides the cold to a large area while keeping my eyes covered, blocking out light. The soft fabric on the inside makes it comfortable against my skin. I also appreciate that it comes with its own sealing bag to keep it clean in your freezer.

This thing is great. Stays in place, we use it for headaches.migraines. we fall asleep with them at night and they don the job!

It's ok, but don't plan on the hot/cold factor. Unless you have really thick eyelids. The cold made my eyeballs ache. No thanks

Disappointed in this product! I bought this because it said it could be easily be used while sitting up or laying down. It shows a picture of someone wearing it sitting up but she looks like she's trying hard not to move since it will slip down so easily. That is not true. It slides down my head after a minute or two. I can only increase the tightness so much w/o making it hurt from being too tight. If I wear my hair in a low bun that helps hold it in place. Also if I wear my glasses they hold…

Bought this because I was having sinus surgery and it did NOT disappoint! It straps on as tight or loose as you want. Stays cold but super soft. I would assume it’s great for migraines as well.

I've been through 5 different types of face ice/heat packs. Recovering from an injury and need for therapy. This is by far the best of the varieties. Well made, doesn't break, and is a long deeper cold, (not a sharp shorter cold like other gel / bead packs). Nice feel on face and durable. Totally recommend.

While the fit isn't perfect, this is a great product when frozen to keep my migraines manageable. I bought a second one to keep at my office.

My son loves this when he has a headache. He sometimes uses it just to relax when he is hot. It's comfortable around his head and covers a wider area.
