Great for pain relief
This is one of the only things that helps my head pain go down. Have used regular ice packs and this is so much better. You can strap it on tight for a good amount of pressure against the eyes for relief. The ice pack stays cool for a decent amount of time, about 30 minutes or so. If I have a headache at night I like to fall asleep with this on.
- This does exactly what I bought it for. It’s comfortable to wear and stays on nicely!
- May not fit all head sizes and shapes comfortably
