I didn’t know I needed this

My coworker suggested ice packs for migraines. She said it provided relief for her. I was skeptical but thought I’d give it a try because why not? Well it works. And this thing is awesome because I can put it over my eyes or- what works even better for me- is to put it on my neck and fasten it around my forehead. I was struggling with a really really bad migraine today and within 5 minutes of icing it I was feeling much better. Highly recommend!
