The first time I used it, I realized it's way too hard to use on the eyes. It's very stiff and you can wait until it thaws some but when I want to use this I don't feel like taking it out for 10-15 mins to wait until I can conform it comfortably around my eyes and forehead to benefit from the ice pack. The third time I used it, I noticed ice accumulating on the outside of the mask. I keep it folded up in the bag it comes with to freeze it so the part that hits my face and forehead is folded away from the outside. If that makes sense. It's handy and easy to use since you don't have to hold an ice pack on your eyes and forehead but not convenient if you have to wait to use it because it's too hard. I was hoping this was going to be amazing since I get migraines often.
