I purchased this to keep my diabetic shots cold while traveling on business flights. I have been using it for direct flights of about 6 hrs and when arriving, the gel packs are no longer frozen; however, my supplies are still cold and the pack are still cool. Overall, it performs better than another brand I purchased a few years ago that only lasted 2 hrs, so this one is a definite upgrade.I haven't had to try it on longer flights yet, but will update when this happens.

I was traveling to meet a cruise ship and this carrier kept my insulin at the proper temperature until I was able to board the ship. Wonderful product

I travel a lot and needed a way to keep some of my medications cold while traveling. This is a great solution. It is very durable, insulated and, with two ice packs that are included, it stays cold for a day. Very much worth the price and easily fits in my overnight luggage.

Bought it for a trip to New York. After a one hour flight, 2 hour layover, and another 5 hour flight my insulin arrived safe and sound and still cold! Great quality product!

I bought this as a gift for my Sister. When she visits me now she can carry her shots with her and we can go out and not have to be on a time limit.

I bought this thinking a could travel with all my diabetic stuff in one place. After all the photos show it crammed with stuff. NOT SO! Barely room for a pen and a few small items. I need to travel with two pens, a glucometer, test strips, needles, and lancets. They is not enough room for all of this. Is a waste of money if you want to carry all your stuff. The cooling bags seem to work well for a few hours.

I was comfortable transporting my insulin pen and supplies. the ice packs didn't last very long in my 2 hour non-airconditioned ride, but I felt the pen was kept cool enough.

Happy with the purchase. Humira injection pens fit inside the case. It's a little tight with the insert, but without that they fit fine. The tiny little ice packs don't stay cold for long, but I keep the case inside a cooler when traveling by car.

This was great for transporting Insulin Pens. Came with 2 freezable ice packs to keep pen cool. We also got 4 additional freezer packs to use to rotate. Looks great and was shipped quickly for use on the trip.

After adding the cooling packs it doesn't really leave room for a lot of pens. I travel for a month or more so this isn't big enough for 4 pens.

Great product! Upon receiving this item, I immediately placed the ice packs in the freezer. The next day before heading out, I placed the ice packs in their pockets with my pens. I was very pleased to see that the internal thermometer was working. Most people who have reviewed this item have said that the thermometer was not working. It's a faint green color, but its there and it indicates the temperature inside the case. I am very pleased with this product and am so glad I got it. Great price…

I LOVE this product! I keep Sucraid in this and it will stay cool for hours on end. The max I have checked it is four hours and my medicine was still cold and safe to take. The thermometer thing is kinda junkie/doesn't really work, but the container is great. A little bulky, but actually keeps things cold unlike other products I have tried. Overall 10/10.

I love they it has insulated interior and room fior my needles and insulin pen. The small ice packs are ideal for travel That's my review.

The only thing I don't like about this is that it does not stay cold overnight. It is nice to keep things cool for a few hours, but by the next day it is barely above room temperature inside.If I knew of something in the same size range that did keep things cold, I would give this less stars. It is as good as any other product in the same size range.

I gave it 5 stars because its a quality, well-made product that meets my need to carry an insulin bottle, multiple syringes, BS meter, test strip container, and Glucose tab portability needs when I am away from home throughout the day into the evening or overnight. Works perfectly.

I like that it can hold my meter, test strips, needles, lancets, can of emergency juice, and fun size candy plus 2 pens, even includes mini ice packs in case of hot days. All of that important gear in one cute purple case is exactly what I wanted.

This is a quality product. We ordered it because we had eyedrops that needed to be kept cold in order for them to stay good. It has been a huge help for traveling and not too big to slide into a purse or tote!

Bought this same product 3 years ago and it's lasted this long being used 3 times a day. Liked it so much that I bought another one to replace the one with a zipper malfunction. Case was still in good shape just couldn't get the zipper back on track. Definitely recommend this product.

This little to go case has saved me, when I was in a hurry and couldn’t take my medicine at the right time. It stayed ultra cold for hours at work, and has inclosed pockets for the alcohol preps, and syringe needles. I originally bought it to take on a flight with me, but have used it for other situations. It also has a hook on the side to add a strap. This was most definitely a useful product, and worth every penny.
