This system, which consists of the insulated zipper pouch and 2 freezer packs, did a good job for me on a recent trip. The pouch provides plenty of room for 2 Victoza pens and appear to have been able to accept a pen and a very compact glucose tester such as a pen style one. Note that with Victoza (vs. insulin) refrigeration is needed prior to opening to preserve shelf life, but once open you simply need to watch the temperatures you store the current pen.
