I could not understand the directions the unit came with. I contacted the company and they gave me clear instructions. They helped! This feels a lot like the one at the chiropractor's office. Here are the instructions.1 Connect the electrode pads to the lead wire(s).2 Attach a pair of pads to the treatment area(make sure your skin is free from dirt,oil or lotion).3 Plug the lead wires into the ports and turn the unit on.4 Press the center button to choose A/B channel.5 Long press "M" to choose one of 6 main modes.6 Press "M" to select different sub-mode within main mode.7 Press"+/-"to increase or decrease the intensity.8 Press "T" button, 10-60 mins timers could be selected.9 Long press the center button to lock the setting and enjoy massaging.
