Easy to use, just don't overheat it!
I bought this as a replacement for my old one that sadly melted through when I overheated it. 2 minutes is enough to heat it up the first time, but be careful reheating as it could melt through if you overdo it. The instructions on the box are pretty conservative so if you follow those you will be fine.
