I have been using the exchange since 2017, until some point everything seemed to work, but in 2019 I replenished my account through the exchanger and bought a coin and tried to withdraw it to a cold wallet, I could not do it, at first I was asked to go through verification, requested a lot of documents for registration and from the bank, after a month I was able to provide the required documents, provided information about the replenishment transaction, the withdrawal was never opened (under any pretexts they delayed, then they wrote that an internal investigation was underway, and so far nothing has changed
