HitMex Exchange is an Australian digital assets trading platform, it is a digitalized platform that gives traders access to convert their cryptocurrencies into fiat or other cryptocurrencies. The exchange lists some few features as its advantage;
• Adoption of cold wallet storage to store about 90% traders funds while the remaining ten percent is used in the exchange.
• Multiple language selection, HitMex allows traders from all over the world to trade without any restrictions. It supports languages like English, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew, Portuguese, Korean, Russian, Japanese etc.
• 24/7 customer support: According to HitMex, they claim to offer an all year round customer support but this is quite untrue.
After looking at all those nice attributes, one might consider trading here but I strongly advise against trading here on HitMex. The inactivity of its social media accounts is a thing of worry, this goes a long way to show that HitMex isn't a capable and a reliable exchange.

- Thus exchange has no customer support service
- There's no known trading volume for this exchange
