If one is to go through the exchange bank of the blockchain network, making a choice would be really difficult here. Many exchanges are available and come with their features. One of these exchanges is the Huobi Global. It is an Asian exchange platform that is currently serving more than a hundred countries. This alone has proven how good their services 
I started using the exchange platform and gained access via the web (I didn't even checked if they have their mobile application available).
