The webpage it's down
I have been using the exchange for a short time. What I saw is that it takes a long time to send money, but still I kept using it. However, For a few days the web has not opened and they don't say why. I wrote them and they have not responded.
I have tried to communicate in different ways, including the chat they have but only one robot responds. I can't find what to do since I have some money there
