I do like KuCoin's platform and trading with them... I'd have to if I've continued using them after nothing but issues resolving EVERY issue. 1st is still ongoing & the 2nd I've given up on...

1: I have been contancting them to obtain my assets from my original account that I had no longer has the phone #. I had set up with my new number and new email. At first I jumped through the hoops of getting them "Verificatoin Documents" to prove my account of which I didn't receive a response... here is ONE of the email strands from JULY. Which there is not much of any resolution response... only, 'we kindly appreciate your patience;' 'We have received your request...' 'we haven't received a response on this ticket from you in 24 hours so we will notate as resolved' & endless rate the service I received'
