I guess it is a scam exchange
I am not more a small person on using Exchanges. I have come to realize the way in which a scam Exchange will connect to other good Exchanges just to gain users trust and make them think their Exchange is actually good not knowing that the exchange only partner with the original good ones. Whenever the trust us gained from the users, then the developers of such bad exchanges go ahead by running away with users funds. My 1Ex dot com exchange claimed to be tapping some services from okex, such as the liquidity and others. This Exchange now is no longer in existence, I think the domain is been sold out, this exchange did not state the main reason for it closure though. Therefore I consider this exchange as a scam exchange rather.
