If they increase the language support and expand their customer base widely outside of China, they can progres well as an exchange.

Pros
- As I know, the Okex exchange offers the lowest possible fees. It is as low as 0.03% for opening a new trade and it is almost free to close a trade.
Cons
- But as I know, the desktop platform offered by Okex is basically chinese and it is not good for a world wide application.
