You won't get benefit using this exchange, it's not even functional
Reflex Trader is a centralized trading platform which comes from the owners and founders of CoinToPay. It is an exchange registered in Seychelles and claims to have been launched since 2014. Which gives it an assumed span if experience. The exchange is showing incorrect information in the trading volume, it appeared that only Bitcoin was the available trading market and as such every trading pairs were against Bitcoin. But the surprising part was that, the trading volume for all the pairs were reading 100 which is literally impossible. The exchange doesn't look updated and as such, it's advisable to stay away from this exchange as they have nothing to offer. In addition to that, the exchange was even marked as Untracked Listing on CoinMarketCap, which is a strong indication that the exchange isn't functional or useful anymore
