VCC exchange had nice trading features, bad customer support
VCC exchange is a Singaporean exchange which was launched in 2019. The exchange aims to provide a suitable trading ground for different types of cryptocurrencies. With a professional trading charts and view, users can easily know the price of various cryptocurrencies. With over 300 trading pairs and active markets, users can choose from any of the various markets with a low trading fee making it a liquid exchange. To deposit, you have to just use your cryptocurrencies ir transfer from your bank, whichever suits you. The exchange charges 0.2% fee fir every transactions made. I have found this exchange easy to use and i know that any user will too. Users funds are stored in Bittrex wallet Technology, which makes users funds very secure. I can assure you of nice trading experience on VCC. However, my only suggestion for the exchange is the customer support, i mean VCC can always do better than this, most times, it can take as long as two to three days before users can get any response for their complaints or queries. Though, they have a live chat feature, but this also takes tine at least it's better than having to wait for days to recieve a response
