The cryptomoeda Decred has as main objective to be a democratic currency, not giving the founders and miners the chance to obtain advantages over the users of the asset. with the combination of the POW and POS system the cryptomoeda is not in the hands of a group of people (miners), since it distributed the power of decision among all the community. Although there are other currencies with the same proposal, the DECRED has an immense potential of growth because what determines the success of a good, are its followers, and this, DECRED has, faithful followers. Congratulations to all who make DECRED.
Pros
- In terms of age in the cryptoworld, this project is fairly old. It took a while before Decred got noticed, but now Decred’s governance and superior tech is finally recognized by the market we finally see a price range they deserve!
Cons
- Project Fund Control – Politeia is almost out the door but it’s my understanding project funds will still remain under human control. This requires stakeholders to put trust in that person(s).
