I have been developing dapps on ethereum and this is the most easy way to develop them. If you are interested in learning blockchain and develop Dapps then you should try starting with ethereum. You can go for either JavaScript or Go Lang. Ethereum also provides test net so you need not buy any real coins to test your application. Ethereum also provides online Remix which is a solidity IDE where you can deploy and develop your smart contracts. I would recommend ethereum to every developer to try.
