- Is an open-source distributed cryptocurrency focused on providing secure communications and payments between machines on IoS (Internet of things). Traditional miners are replaced by each network participant. You can't mine IOTA and get rewards.
Cons
- The community is waiting for new announcements and improves. Project developments are slow this year.
