Review on Acer Chromebook Convertible Bluetooth CP311 2H C679 by Ricardo Thotti

I've had 2 of these units, the first just stopped working - wouldn't turn on, showed no sign of charging or powering after use approx .2 weeks .Revain is the product replaced quickly and easily. (5 stars for that!) On the second device, the key jumped out of the keyboard after 2 weeks and could not be replaced. Contacted Acer and they wanted me to send the unit in for repair, couldn't just send me a spare key or outlet. Finally I asked Amazon to refund my money for this car and I will send it back. Acer is not impressed.
