I think it's good that I can turn individual switches on or off on the socket strip so that I don't switch on objects that are only used occasionally. Labels on the side of the extension cord show what's connected to each switch so you can easily identify which one to turn on to power your component or game. The only downside is that it would have been nice if the forks were spaced a bit further apart (or maybe at least the last one or two). Most of the equipment I connect is powered by a standard two-pronged cord like you'd find on a lamp, but I'm connecting an old game console so part of the next switch is covered by the power supply and becomes unusable to power the video game connected. I don't need all the connectors where I use it so I will use it anyway. The USB ports also came in handy for a quick outlet for phones, as well as a TV adapter used for an old video game system. would recommend.
