Fiction! Offers maximum USB 3.2 r2 speed. Easy installation in x4 slot. Automatic drivers in Windows

I bought this card to replace the USB 3.2 r2 card that is already in my computer. I wanted to try this Gen 2x2 card which hypothetically delivers twice the throughput (20Gbps) of an already fast USB 3.2 r2 card (10Gbps). I was a little concerned as I had USB 3.2 cards that were wreaking havoc with the computer and causing instability. I shouldn't have worried. I put the card in the x4 PCIe slot, rebooted and Windows 10 automatically installed the latest drivers. The installed driver is dated 7/6/21, so Microsoft is on this hardware. (See photos). I don't have any USB 3.2 2x2 devices yet, so I tested it with an external USB 3.2 Rev 2 NVMe drive. I've tested this drive in the past and got just under 1000MB/s when connected via USB 3.2 rev. This time I got that speed HIGHER - around 1040MB/s for reading and 1026MB/s for writing. These are the fastest speeds I've seen for an external USB drive, and they're actually slightly above the case's rated speed. Excellent! The card runs on the latest ASmedia ASM 3242 chipset (photo). If you're looking for a nice speed boost on your PC, especially if you're still using USB 3.0 (aka 3.1 r1) or - shudder - USB 2.0, this card comes highly recommended. The only drawback: there is only one USB-C port on the outside of the card. But I don't think it's a big deal. Included in delivery: USB stick with attached standard profile bar. Optional Low Profile Bar Instructions
