Review on LPHR by Jon Lewis

I really like how easy it is to use! The dashboard has so much information about my team members which makes keeping track of them very simple as well. It's also great because you can link your calendar with theirs in order to be able to see who will need an update or if they have any upcoming meetings/etc., etc.. Not many things dislike but sometimes when there are updates made by other departments (ie : Accounting) then we don't always receive those changes unless someone goes through all employees' calendars manually updating everyone else. This helps keep us organized since that person does not necessarily notify each employee individually via email. We're solving our communication problems within this program while still being proactive at getting important announcements out throughout staff quickly without having individual notifications sent directly from the department heads themselves. I like how easy it is just by using this site you can create your profile and upload all of your documents which makes job searching easier! It also helps me find other professionals in my city/state so i know they are legit companies when applying through their website. There isn't much but thats because im only starting out with looking into jobs from home as well as getting paid while working at home instead of going outside everyday during Covid times.
