Purple brushes keep falling out of teeth. I complained about this on my first one and the company sent me another. It was good customer service. But I have the same problem with the new one. It seemed to last longer, but now the purple brushes are falling out so quickly that I won't be needing a brush anytime soon. I decided to try and find another one from a different company. I strongly do not recommend this tool, what's the point if the brushes are loosely attached to the barrel. By the way, my hair is thin and soft, so it's not a problem. Very disappointed as I really liked the results it gave my hair before the problem started.
