Very good fit. I'm 5ft 9in, about 190lbs and bought a size 16. I thought it might be too big because I wear a size 12 and 14. The size chart was an accurate guide. I'm 64 years old and in the last few years my breast size has increased (from 38 C to D). I feel really elegant and confident in this swimsuit. It's high enough in the back to hide unwanted bulges. The front view has a slimming effect.
