I was a bit afraid that it would bother me while walking. But it's very light, and the strap around the torso is as invisible as the tubing that runs over the shoulders. I like that it charges quickly and has a choice of colors. It's a little annoying that you have to cycle through all the colors/settings by pressing the button over and over. But at least it "remembers” the color last switched on when you switch it off and on again. It doesn't appear to be the strongest thing ever built, but it still holds up and is reasonably priced enough that I would buy it again if I had to. It gives off a lot of light (I might even help land a plane wearing it) so it does a good job of keeping the wearer visible in the dark. The included "headlamp" was a really nice touch, but not the best quality. However, it's fine and easily snaps onto the seat belts. I prefer to carry a headtorch on my head (less bounce than this harness) so I just use my own headtorch and the one that came with that on the harness as a red flashing light. Overall I'm very happy with it and will never go for an early morning or late evening run without it again.
