I have been using this since 2016 after being diagnosed with colon cancer. My doctors wanted me to get "pure" protein, no meat, so that meant protein shakes. I tried at least 20 different products before I found Whey To Go. It was love at first sip. I use milk and a teaspoon of cocoa powder with a scoop of whey. It requires a little shaking but mixes very well. I really like that it's not loaded with artificial sweeteners (it uses beet sugar) and ingredients to look for. After seeing reviews of the product in consumer reports, I feel even better knowing that it has the highest rating and is free of heavy metals.
