since i take protein thru another source, i thought i would save my body the time and energy to breakdown proteins into amino acids (AA) and take AA directly.

The first thing I have noticed upon my 3rd day is after I take my dosage before a workout is I actually feel stronger and can push through my workout with ease. I wake up with almost zero soreness. I'm 71 years old, 5' 9", and about 155 pounds. Trying to get back into tennis after being a way for more that six years. Currently working up to playing two sets of doubles, 1-3 times per week. I'm finding that taking five tablets between sets is really making a difference in my performance and recovery afterward. Still waiting to see if these will help increase muscle size/mass.

They recommend taking this on an empty stomach. This stuff is rough! There is no way this is good for your stomach - it’s a huge bitter pill. Literally, I cracked it and dissolved one in water.

Way to expensive for product, should be $35 for 300 tabs! Been taking it about a month, honestly do not see much difference and I take 10 tabs a day! I do a lot of exercise 3-5 days a week about 120 minutes a day if this works I should be able to tell.

I am not a big protein eater, so with Perfect Aminos, I can get pure protein without muscle wasting. While the claims are technically true: Yes, foods’ protein% is much less that this product’s protein%. The problem: Compared to pills, we eat a relatively-massive amount of food-protein. Stipulating that this product really is 100% absorbable protein, how many grams of such protein are you consuming? Not many , unless you swallow the entire contents of the bottle in one gulp, every day. You can talk complexities all day long, but protein has mass, pills do not, enzymes do not.
